Because motor vehicle crashes remain a leading cause of death and injury for teens living in the United States, AAA Texas and City of Dallas Judiciary will host a free safety class to educate teens and parents about roadway risks. This event is happening as students return to school and many new teen drivers get behind the wheel.

The Teen Driver Safety Class will take place on Saturday, August 17, 2024 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Campbell Green Recreation Center located at 16600 Park Hill Drive, Dallas, TX 75248. The event program includes guest speakers, traffic safety experts, interactive games, and resources to help pre-permit teens, new drivers and their families navigate through the difficult learning-to-drive process and beyond. Registration is required at the door to participate.

Free snacks and refreshments will be provided. Participants will also have the opportunity to enter a raffle drawing for a free iPad and other door prizes.
