AAA Texas is Hiring in DFW Area; Inviting Job Applicants to Become Part of Emergency Roadside Assistance Team

(Coppell, TX) --- AAA Texas is looking for applicants in the Dallas/Fort Worth area to join our team of people who provide legendary service to our members. An Emergency Roadside Customer Service Representative Job Fair will take place on Wed., August 3, 2016.  The event is scheduled from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the AAA Texas Regional Administrative Offices located at 1225 Freeport Parkway, Coppell, TX 75019.

 

Immediate full time customer service positions are now available! Customer Service Representatives will assist AAA members with processing requests for roadside assistance and receive and review member service requests in a timely manner.

 

“Ensuring the safety of our members and their vehicles, as well as ensuring member satisfaction is a top priority for AAA,” said Jim Philip. “We encourage people with a desire to be the best in customer service to join our team and become part of our successful and growing member service organization.”

 

Prior customer service work in any field is preferred. Full time positions with AAA Texas include competitive pay, medical, dental, vision, 401k, company pension plan, a free AAA Plus membership and employee insurance discounts. AAA Texas also provides job-related training. Potential candidates must be able to do a second shift schedule between the hours of 3pm to 3am.
